Upload resumes/ CV to Rare.io from Evernote using resume/ CV parser.

Upload resumes to Rare.io from Evernote using resume parser. This is an automated process and needs one-time setting using Zapier. Once setting is done, the system works seamlessly and you will see all your resumes will be uploaded to Rare.io from Evernote using resume parser. All fields will be filled with relevant values.


Step 1 :   Candidate Zip Login Creation 
  1. Create your login at https://app.candidatezip.com/
  2. You may have an active plan or you can subscribe to any given plan.
  3. Go to Zapier  for  Candidatezip app. follow this link  Candidatezip App        
  4. Select Invite and sign in or signup to your Zapier account.
 

Step 2: Create Zap

  • On CandidateZip Integration Page, click on Make Zap to start. You are now at zap editor interface. To start with Zap creation follow the below steps one-by-one: [This is the only One-Time set-up, so be patient]

  • Choose a Trigger App: Evernote

Select Evernote as the source by typing in the textbox or simply scroll down.

Tip: This is the app from where files to be parsed will be fetched

  • Select Evernote Trigger: Choose a trigger from the various options.

    • New Note

    • New Tag added to Note

    • New Reminder

    • ...many more

Tip: You can choose only one out of all.

  • Select Evernote Account:

Connect to an account where the files to be parsed are to be received.

Note: Only one app account can be connected within a zap

  • Set up Evernote Note: (Optional Step)

Choose a Notebook which has a particular note you want to be extracted.

  • Test Evernote: Click on Fetch and Continue.



Step 3: Choosing the Action App: CandidateZip

  • Similar to the trigger app, now you have to choose the action app which is CandidateZip.
  • Select CandidateZip action: Choose from the various options according to your needs:
  • Select CandidateZip Account: Connect your CandidateZip account.
  • Set up CandidateZip Resume: Fill in the following fields:
    • File to be parsed: Here the file which has to parse can be a doc, docx, pdf, RTF, txt type of file. Map the hydrated link of the file to be parsed. Eg: Attachment(exists but not shown)
    • Filename with extension: Here the name along with the extension of the file has to be chosen. Eg: JohnDoe_CV.docx
      Tip! You can do so by choosing from the list or typing in the search bar(shown on-click of the right icon, in-line with the textbox)
  • Send Test Resume to CandidateZip OR Skip Test:
    (We recommend send test resume to CandidateZip to avoid any possible issues later.)
    On a successful test, click Add a Step to add the target app, where you want to store extracted information.

Step 4 : Select Rare.io as your Action step

 

 

Add/Update Contact

Add or update acontact.

 

Unsubscribe Contact

Unsubscribe anemail address from your account or remove a contact from a customer list.

SEARCH

 

Find a Contact

Find an existing contact by email address.

Save & Continue

Map Rare.io fieldswith CandidateZipfields like First name, Phone, Country, email, currentemployer, as per your parsing requirement

 

The fieldsyouselect will be filled accordingly

Step 5: Final working

Once all steps done you just need to get file. Assign them to given lable which you selected at Step 2 while configuring Evernote.  And with in few minutes that attachment data will be inserted into your Rare.io.
